“Christina is the Chief Financial Officer of Strive Medical and has spent her 20+ year career in home healthcare leading all aspects of Finance, Revenue Cycle Management and Mergers & Acquisitions.
She is a dynamic and results-driven financial executive with a proven track record of driving financial strategy and performance optimization in the healthcare industry and is responsible for the overall financial health of Strive Medical.
Christina is married and has been with her husband, Robert, for 22 years and loves to spend time with her two border collies, Jewel and Sandy, in her free time. She also loves to spend time with her family!”

“Matt joined the executive team in September of 2022 as our Chief Commercial Officer, leading our sales and marketing organizations. Matt has over 15 years of healthcare experience in various areas like Diabetes Care, Wound Care, and Urology. Prior to working at Strive, Matt gained experience in leadership roles at US Med and Apria Healthcare. As CCO, Matt is responsible for the development and implementation of Strive’s strategic sales and marketing efforts, and he is based in Boston, MA.

Matt has been married for 12 years and loves to boat, fish, and travel in his free time. He’s also a musician and loves to play any chance he gets!”

“Josh is a Texan native and also one of the founders of Strive Medical. He is our Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the operations and administrative functions for Strive Medical, including our Patient Care teams, our Information Technology, and our Payor Relations teams.

Josh studied Communication Technology and also ran Track and Field at the University of Texas at Arlington. He has been in the durable medical equipment industry for almost 20 years and has been a part of the ever-changing landscape of the healthcare field. Evolving with the industry, Josh has developed a passion for business optimization, technology-driven efficiencies and automation.

When not working, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, as well as spending time either on the lake or outdoors.”

Michael Breslin joined the executive team in June of 2024 as the President of ProMed. ProMed is a Strive diabetes company now a part of the Strive Medical family. Michael is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in Executive Leadership, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Project Management. As President, Michael is responsible for the development of strategic sales maneuvers for the ProMed team, and he is based in Florida.

“Faith is Strive’s Senior Director of Customer Experience and Business Optimization and works just outside Pittsburgh, PA. She is responsible for leading our Patient Care Coordinator and Order Processing teams, as well as developing continuous process improvements across the organization, and system enhancements and configurations.

Faith has a passion for healthcare and its advances, especially with technology, that have evolved over her nearly 20-year career in the DME industry. She obtained her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Duquesne University, in Pittsburgh, PA, majoring in Health Management Systems.

Faith enjoys spending her time outside of work with her husband, children, granddaughter, and all of her extended family.”

“Holly leads the Customer Experience teams who are responsible for reordering patients’ medical supplies, and she is in the Chicagoland area. She is also responsible for helping to launch new technology solutions, like our Patient Hub app and our Clinician Order Portal, which improve the way we communicate and service our patients and clinicians. Holly has been with Strive Medical since 2011, where she has had the opportunity to work in many areas of our business, including Sales and Operations. She has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration.

Holly is determined and passionate about creating a positive experience for all of Strive’s customers and providing more than just supplies. Outside of work, Holly loves spending time with her family, two dogs, tortoise, as well as going camping in Indiana.”

“Michael has over 25 years’ experience in the healthcare field and in sales. Michael leads the Sales team in the Eastern United States as the Regional Sales Director. He assists in the development of strategic plans to ensure long-term business and sales goals align with current and future company goals. Michael develops key relationships with business leaders working to understand key market drivers and trends.

Michael and his wife, Sarah, will celebrate 30 years of marriage this year. He loves all things TEXAS, the outdoors, golf, travel, and his hound dog, Willie Nelson. Michael has two daughters, Macy and Madison, and he’s also a musician and loves to play acoustic guitar and mandolin.”

“Jim leads the Western US Sales Team at Strive. He is originally from St Louis but calls Dallas, Texas home. On a daily basis, Jim is in the field working with his team and helping to provide medical supplies to our patients for their healthcare needs. He brings over 20 years of experience leading sales teams in the DME market and has a deep passion for taking care of our patients. Jim works very closely with his team to deliver exceptional, high-quality service to patients and clinicians.

When Jim is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife, children, two grandchildren, and his three rescue dogs. Jim is also an avid fan of the University of Alabama.”

“Eve leads the Marketing and Sales Support functions for Strive Medical. She has over 20 years of experience working in the healthcare industry’s marketing and communications fields. Eve is based out of Richmond, VA

She is responsible for Strive Medical’s website, social media, brand strategy, as well as marketing and advertising plans, and her team also supports the sales teams achieve their objectives. Being a patient herself with several auto-immune diseases, Eve is committed to working in the healthcare space and devoting her time at Strive to bringing real value for patients who have to manage chronic conditions.

In her free time, Eve loves to travel and read. She has been married over 20 years and has three girls who keep her on her toes!”

“Ali is a Pittsburgh born leader who joined Strive Medical as Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). She comes from a financial, educational, and customer service background and has applied her knowledge to mentor and develop those with their own aspirations for growth within their careers. Ali is responsible for designing efficient, quality processes, as well as company policies.

Ali works closely with the RCM teams to brainstorm solutions, foster innovation, and execute projects that will deliver results, while also providing satisfaction necessary to our patients. When not working, Ali is always preparing for a new adventure. She loves to travel, meet new people, and gain knowledge through experiences. Her hobbies include skiing, biking, hiking, diving, and more recently, white water kayaking!”

“Tracey is the Senior Director of Accounting at Strive with 27 years of experience. She is a University of North Texas “Mean Green” alumni and has worked as an accountant in numerous industries, including medical, wine, food service, and commercial cleaning. Strive’s team of dedicated accountants stay busy and focused on the numbers side of the business so we can fully support the operations of the company. Outside of her Strive family, Tracey loves to spend time with her husband of 32 years and two sons traveling, hiking, watching movies, and following their favorite Dallas and college sports teams.”

“As the Human Resources Director for Strive, Alicia is responsible for all areas of HR. She seeks to develop a positive workplace environment and to enhance the employee work experience. Alicia earned her MBA in Strategic Management and a BBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management with a Minor in Psychology, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Texas.

Her education, experience, and genuine concern for people make her well qualified for Human Resources. Alicia’s interests include worldwide travel, exercising, being outdoors/hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.”
